I'm currently in my first year of college and unfortunately that means I don't have as much time to read as I usually do.

I don't have a specific genre that I call my favourite but I enjoy YA and I enjoy a good classic!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

soooooooooooo good.

I can't even describe this book. It was so tense and it was fast paced.

There were a couple of times where I found it to be a bit predictable (like Nat in general tbh ha.)

Nonetheless - I'd recommend it! :)

hmmm how do I word this..

Okay, well first off the premise is incredibly unique and I loved that.

I liked that we had perspectives of the higher, middle and lower floor 'representatives' - I guess would be an appropriate title.

But my god the writing style was BLUNT AS FUCK.

Like 'lol ok this woman is casually feeding her wrist to a cat'

wtaf?!

(ok, not exactly what Ballard said but think that just well written. Sometime I'd have to reread a line because it was just so ordinary that this was happening).)

I enjoyed this!
There were so many little details to remember though! For me, I feel like the little details to remember were mentioned once and then mentioned again 200 pages later.

This was my first Holly Black book and I shall be checking out more of her work but this was alright, I didn't find it out of this world amazing.

I've tried and tired but I couldn't bring myself to finish it :(
It definitely was a unique premise though! I'll still get round to watching the film at some point :)

FREAKING INCREDIBLE.

I loved both main characters. I loved the writing style. I loved Jamie as well.

Not gonna lie sometimes I was a bit lost due to all the names and stuff but it didn't stop me from enjoying the book or losing the plot of it either.

It didn't really grip me as much as book 1 but I'm not sure if it's because I've been incredibly tired lately
I own books 3 and 4 and I hope to get to them soon!

The Duff (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) - Kody Keplinger

I liked this book! I didn't love it... although Toby *heart eyes emoji*
Lost one star cause I saw some really stupid lines, like seriously Bianca?

Would still recommend if you like fast reads and contemporaries.

Eleanor & Park

This book was INCREDIBLE.
This was the first book I had read by Rainbow Rowell and the writing style was just very gripping and fast paced.
The development between Eleanor and Park was wonderful it didn't feel rushed and, truth be told, felt realistic.

The only real problem I had was I expected the ending to be more shocking, reading other reviews of the book I thought there'd be a massive bombshell type ending.

Still a brilliant book, would recommend very highly :)

The Woman in White (Vintage Classics)

I enjoyed the beginning of this book, perhaps around the first 250 pages, and the multiple perspectives were enjoyable to read but I'm giving three stars because I felt in the middle and end the book became predictable, one too many "oh Laura looks like Anne an awful lot!!!"

nonetheless, the writing style was gripping and I'll still read more Wilkie Collins in the future.
