Hayley's Thoughts.

Hello!

My name is Hayley, I'm 17 years old from London.

I'm currently in my first year of college and unfortunately that means I don't have as much time to read as I usually do.

I don't have a specific genre that I call my favourite but I enjoy YA and I enjoy a good classic!

:)

Property

The Neuropsychology of Attention - Ronald Cohen This book was slow, too descriptive and just overall very boring.

Q

Q - Evan J. Mandery oh this book really annoyed me.
I thought the main character, our narrator, was very arrogant.
I thought the time travel aspect had so much potential instead of just having our narrator be visited by different versions of himself which I felt, within the book, was pointless.
It's funny how this book is called Q and she's not even in it for about 150 pages of it

yeah this book... no thanks.

Wonder

Wonder - R.J. Palacio This book was incredible!
Such a beautiful message within the book and the book had some very strong characters - I loved Olivia!- and beautiful development!

City of Lost Souls (Mortal Instruments)

City of Lost Souls - Cassandra Clare JEEEEEEEEEEEEZ

okay I had a really bad love/hate relationship with this book.
Some parts I found the book to be so tedious
but then towards the end shit started getting real and my heart started racing and SEBASTIAN YOU LITTLE WEASEL

now I shall wait for book 6.

Divergent

Divergent - Veronica Roth this book, omg.
thrilling, exciting, heart pounding (literally, chapter 35 onwards? JESUS CHRIST)
seriously pick it up if you haven't already

Of Mice and Men

Of Mice and Men - John Steinbeck decided to re-read it in preparation for exam season!
such a better read when reading at your own pace and not the pace you have to read in your lessons :]

McFly - Unsaid Things...Our Story

McFly - Unsaid Things... Our Story - Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Harry Judd, Dougie Poynter the most inspiring book i've ever read!
Even if you aren't a fan of mcfly - the book's worth the read!

HERO

Hero - Perry Moore really brilliant book! there was faults, but nonetheless a very imaginative book! :)

The Great Gatsby

The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald really enjoyed this book! was a quick read but was great to read :]

Perks Of Being A Wallflower,The

The Perks of Being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky I enjoyed the book but I didn't think it was the best book ever as some people talk about it as if it is... :)

The Night Circus

The Night Circus - Erin Morgenstern A very exciting book! loved it. When I was reading it I felt lost in the world of The Night Circus. Definitely recommend

Les Miserables (Penguin Classics)

Les Misérables - Victor Hugo, Norman Denny absolutely loved it!
